Who handles your data

What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: full name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company (if you add it), the services you are interested in and your message.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We will not send you advertising or share your data with anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else is involved
The form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to us by email, and our email is hosted on Gmail (Google). These services may process data outside Andorra, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as our conversation or working relationship lasts. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 2 years at the latest.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy, by writing to novumgestions@gmail.com. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
